Is it only for today? Please tell me it is. Is this because today is April fools? I don't know what kind of speciality this day has, but it sure is humorous. The font and background color is horrible, though. LOL

Of course it's just for today only, and no, NG's status in China hasn't been changed as far as I'm concerned, but I bet something like this will only decrease their chances of blocking Newgrrounds.
